He was the contracted repairman for my home warranty company. He did everything he could to fix my oven and determined that the part was discontinued and then called the warranty company while he was still here to get the ball rolling on a replacement (if that is what the warranty company decides to do). He was very nice, professional and helpful. The window of time given for arrival is long but I can see why, he spent well over an hour at my house, which I'm sure wasn't expected. I also received a text that he was on his way. read less
